We can generate an invoice and email it through to you with our bank account details. To facilitate this please email [email protected] with your first and last name, mobile phone, delivery address and product requirements.

Larger business customers or regular business customers may find it easier to have credit terms set up to avoid delays in product ordering. Please email [email protected] to request a credit application form.

Invoices and tracking are automatically emailed through to each customer at 5:30pm AEST on the day of dispatch.

Make sure that you have the latest update on your phone.
Make sure that your phone is on the compatible devices list. See small and large kit product pages. iTENS is compatible with all iOS and Galaxy models plus others.

iTENS will disconnect if the person moves more than about 3 metres from their phone.
iTENS will turn itself off as a safety feature if the wings disconnect from the skin surface.
iTENS will turn itself off after 30mins on each program type. It can be shorter intervals if the user has made their own programs and saved as favourites.
iTENS will turn the intensity down (to potentially nil intensity) if the person leans on the manual override which is located on the white round part.
