At iTENS Australia, we take your privacy seriously which is why we make every effort to ensure your shopping experience with us is safe and secure.

We do not sell or disclose your details to any other third parties and protect your personal and order details safe by using a secure SSL environment.

We do not retain any credit card information details after purchase.

We pride ourselves on our level of service and have fast turn-around delivery times. All orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day and leave on an Australia Post Parcel Post service of a planned 2 working days for East Coast metropolitan Australia. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for Regional Australia, NT, WA or TAS locations.

We use Australia Post and dispatch from NSW daily.

Once dispatched we allow up to 60 days for the customer to let us know if the order is not received. After 60 days we have a no liability clause as it becomes very difficult to find out where the parcel is located.

All of our products have a 12 month warranty. If for any reason a product is deemed faulty by iTENS Australia, it is the customer’s choice whether they would like a replacement or a refund. Our aim is to ensure you are happy with your product and that it will meet and exceed your expectations. Where a refund is deemed appropriate it will be issued without delay.

 

Please note that iTENS Australia may require the customer to answer questions regarding the device issue. This includes asking for videos to show the problem. Kindly provide us with the necessary information so we can assess the issue.

Please contact us at [email protected] with details of your issue. If we require the product to be returned to us for any reason, please ensure it is securely wrapped. Once received we will advise you with a resolution.

iTENS Australia collects information from our customer so that we can provide you with the best possible customer service. Certain information is necessary so that we can successfully provide you with the service and/or product that you require. This personal information is stored in our order processing system and is not available to unauthorised parties. Information we require can include the full name of the customer and recipient, email address, company name (if applicable), invoice address, delivery address, and contact phone number.

Any information collected is treated with the utmost privacy and is only used so that we can better serve you as a customer in the delivery and completion of your order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to avoid the provisions of the current Australian Consumer Guarantees Act (“CGA”) except to the extent permitted by the CGA or to exclude liability arising under any other statute. If and to the extent that such liability cannot be lawfully excluded, these Terms shall be modified to the extent necessary to give effect to the above intention. If you are acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, you agree that the guarantees provided in the CGA will not apply. iTENS Australia does not provide any express guarantees (as that term is defined in the CGA) other than those expressly confirmed in these Terms.

All prices contained within this website are quoted in Australian dollars. iTENS products do not attract GST; however, shipping does.
