Wireless TENS Massager

Our Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) machine comes with a wireless, wearable and discreet unit that look like ‘wings’. The wings serve as a massager for the skin by using gel pads. The size of the TENS is 14.0cm x 4.4cm and comes with a charging dock, USB charging cable, a quick start guide, a sealable bag to store the wings and a gel to place the wing on when not in use. They also include a set of reusable and replaceable gel pads.

Let’s compare a wired TENS machine to a wireless TENS machine.

The wired TENS machine is a box that clips right into the belt with wires that lead to electrodes which you place on different parts of your body depending on where you need the pain relief. Inside the unit, there are settings that need to be set up. When you are wearing a traditional TENS machine, it is a bit more laborious as you have to reach down for the controls and accept that the wires will be on show. It’s not very effective in terms of being practical and discreet if you don’t want people to know that you are wearing a TENS unit or want to get on with your day. The wires tend to be long and sometimes get tangled up. A great alternative is an iTENS unit which is a wireless, programmable massager that you can control on your smartphone. You can easily place the device where the pain is in your body, and you can wear it all day, and no one is any the wiser. You can go about your normal activities without letting the pain get in your way with the wireless iTENS

Why Wireless Cost Less?

Wired TENS products can sometimes get pricey. Wires are prone to damage and repair or need replacing, which can be somewhat expensive. With this, wireless TENS units tend to be the most valuable massager since they are not likely to develop short circuits and save you a significant amount of money in the long term compared to wired products. You can receive many session out of one set of TENS wings.

Suppose we compare this to seeking out physiotherapy sessions which usually have an initial consultation that will cost on average between $90 to $140 depending on the professional. Follow up sessions can cost on average between $80 to $120 per session. Compare this to a wireless TENS machine, and you will experience much better value if this is something that you are considering.

With the iTENS machine, it is cheaper to treat chronic pain than any other treatment to pain relief.
