- Fully charge the device in the docking port via a USB port
- Remove the device from the charging station and snap it into the electrode wings
- Peel the transparent film from the gel pads and place the gel face down into the silver underside of the wing
- Install the iTENS app. The app is compatible with most iOS and Android gadgets.
- Turn the unit on by pressing the centre button until the light blinks.
- Pair the device with your app via Bluetooth
- After pairing the device, you can now place the electrode pads into the treatment site.
- Choose what area and for what condition in the pre-set options in the iTENS App
- Activate TENS machine and slowly increase intensity (until tolerance)
- You may perform self-treatment for 20 – 60 minutes per session and about 2-3 times a day
